Our BAMBINO is a mashup of classic Sicilian and the distinctive Detroit styles.


The crust is light and fluffy, with large air bubbles (we call that the crumb).  We load it to the very edge with cheese and sauce. We cook it in a hot metal pan, which gives it the signature crunch and carmelization.
