We take our homemade dough and cook it as a thin shell... kinda like a flatbread. We'll then fill it with with fresh mozzarella, steak or sausage. Like a hoagie... but better. Feel free to try our hoagie fillings in a mezzo shell!

Lightly seasoned shaved steak, sauteed peppers and onions, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Toppe with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Finished with Italian dressing or mayo.
